STAT 620 - Biostatistics: Advanced Analysis[3] Theory and applications related to the statistical analysis of certain incomplete data, including survival data and longitudinal data; survival time model and censoring; generalized linear and nonlinear mixed-effect models; Kaplan-Meier estimator; Nelson-Aalen estimator; log-rank and Wilcoxon rank tests; Weibull; lognormal gamma; log-logistic distribution; parametric regression; partial likelihood; relative risk regression models; Martingale; EM-algorithm; Laplaces approximation; adaptive Gausian quadratures point; MCMC; Metropolis-Hasting algorithm; and Gibbs sampling. Prerequisite: Prerequisite: STAT 619 or consent of instructor.
